We are delighted to welcome new intern, Julia Erickson!
Julia Erickson (she/her) is a director, performer, and stage manager going into her fourth year at Pace University's BA Directing program. In her work she loves to explore ancestry, history, and memory to find hope for the future, especially through folk and choir music. Outside of theatre she loves cats, playing tennis, and watching Drag Race. She is so excited to be interning with New Dramatists this summer!
The Bernard B. Jacobs Academic Internship Program was named in memory of the late President of the Shubert Organization, who discovered and mentored many talented theatre people during his lifetime. This program at New Dramatists offers a unique opportunity for early-career theatre artists and managers to learn about artist-led development and the operations of a non-profit arts service organization in New York City.
